2. Independent Informational Directory (Not Legal Advice)

TradeCertify is an independent research clearinghouse compiling publicly available state administrative codes, legislative statutes, and contractor licensing benchmarks across all 50 US States.

TradeCertify is NOT a government agency, state licensing board, insurance underwriter, or law firm. The compliance benchmarks, bond minimums, and exam requirements published on this site are for informational and planning purposes only and do not constitute formal legal advice. Contractors are responsible for verifying final application rules with their respective state licensing board prior to undertaking licensed construction activity.

3. Commercial Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure

In accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, TradeCertify explicitly discloses that we participate in commercial affiliate programs with third-party insurance agencies, surety bond brokers, and exam preparation providers. When visitors click outbound referral links and purchase a policy or surety bond, TradeCertify may receive financial compensation. This commercial relationship does not influence our statutory reporting of state-mandated coverage minimums.

The structured design, data compilation, calculators, and editorial content of TradeCertify are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to scrape, systematically copy, or redistribute our proprietary databases without prior written permission from the editorial desk.
